Mr. Discioarro began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City in 2001. During his tenure as a prosecutor he personally handled hundreds of DWI cases from the prosecution side. This experience has proved extremely valuable since he routinely went up against some of the best DWI lawyers in New York City. After spending almost five years as a prosecutor, Mr. Discioarro opened up his own DWI DUI defense practice. Since then he has represented hundreds of people charged with DWI in Brooklyn.

Mr. Discioarro is currently representing people charged with DWI in all of the five boroughs of New York City as well as Long Island and Westchester County.
